Vibey Media Group ("Vibey Media," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at vibeymediagroup.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
If you have questions, contact us at info@vibeymediagroup.com.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly.
- Email address. When you fill out a form on the Site (for example, to request a call or hear from us), we collect the email address you provide, along with any other details you choose to include in that form.
- Booking details. When you schedule a call with us, you provide your name, email address, the date and time you select, and any notes or answers you submit during scheduling. Calls are booked through a third-party scheduling service (Calendly), described below.
Information we collect automatically.
- Cookies and tracking-pixel data. We use cookies and a tracking pixel to understand how visitors interact with the Site and to measure and improve our advertising. See the "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" section below.
- Usage and device data. When you visit the Site, our systems and our service providers may automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring web address, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers) through the Site, and we ask that you not submit such information through our forms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls you book with us.
- Send you information, updates, and marketing messages you have requested or that relate to our services (you can opt out at any time — see "Your Choices and Rights").
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Measure the performance of our advertising and website, and understand which messages and pages are effective.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
A "cookie" is a small file stored on your device. A "tracking pixel" is a small piece of code that lets a service recognize that a device visited a page or took an action.
We use these technologies for two main purposes:
- Essential and functional purposes — to keep the Site working and remember basic preferences.
- Advertising and measurement — to understand how visitors arrive at and use the Site, and to measure the results of our advertising campaigns.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API. We use the Meta advertising pixel together with the Meta Conversions API. These tools collect information about your activity on the Site — such as pages viewed and actions taken (for example, submitting a form) — along with technical identifiers such as your IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. This information is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") so that we can measure the effectiveness of our ads, understand the actions visitors take, and reach relevant audiences. The pixel collects this information through your browser; the Conversions API may send comparable event information to Meta from our servers. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own data policy.
Managing cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can also limit interest-based advertising through your device and account settings and through industry opt-out tools. Please note that if you disable cookies, some parts of the Site may not function as intended. For information about controlling how Meta uses your information for advertising, review the ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, such as Calendly (our scheduling provider, which processes the booking details you submit), Meta (for the advertising and measurement purposes described above), and other providers that help us host the Site, send email, and analyze Site usage.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our terms or agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vibey Media, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected.
These third parties handle your information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Calendly and Meta.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, to provide and improve our services, and to maintain business and advertising records. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or remove information that identifies you. We may keep certain information longer where required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or to resolve disputes.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You have choices about your information:
- Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
- Deletion. You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to limited exceptions where we are permitted or required to keep it.
- Opt out of marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such email or by contacting us at info@vibeymediagroup.com.
- Opt out of tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and limit interest-based advertising as described in the "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" section.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of certain sharing for advertising purposes, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make any request, email us at info@vibeymediagroup.com. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or any higher age required by your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@vibeymediagroup.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Links to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to websites we do not operate, including Calendly. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
11. Contact Us
